The latest candyfloss gunge comes from the rapidly expanding Hong Kong-based Park Hotel Group in a series of TV ads purportedly being letters from satisfied guests. One praises all the staff, including the concierge who, when a limousine driver can not be found, actually gets into the car and drives him round. Uh?? A concierge Quote
