reader Posted December 16 Posted December 16 From Pattaya News Pattaya City is set to celebrate Thailand’s marriage equality with a historic event on February 14th, 2025, to solidify its status as an “All Genders Friendly Destination.” On December 14th, Pattaya Mayor Mr. Poramase Ngampichet presided over a press conference to announce the Pattaya Marriage Equality Celebration 2025 to celebrate equality and diversity after Thailand has legalized marriage equality. The press conference took place at Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya. According to the event organizers, the Thai Marriage Equality Act will become effective on January 22nd, 2025, which will allow individuals of any gender to legally engage and marry.
