I'm a married guy and there's very little that distracts me, but...

 

Out here on the beach I often see slim guys with a waist string nestled on their hips. Usually there's an amulet in the front, the most common being phallic symbols.

 

I dunno why but it makes me nuts.

Not sure it can be described as a fetish, but I love the low-cut very tight jeans that most young guys now wear. The waist lines are usually quite low over the buttocks which can lead to revealing moments when they bend down (note: bend down - not bend over )

I have always loved these waist bands. I tried to get one myself but it just didn't look the same with my belly flopping over it.
