Members stevenkesslar Posted December 14 Author Members Posted December 14 So happy to report that while @EmmetKruelty was busy spending hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours, and hours of his useless time here posting fact-free cruelty and hate conservative fantasies, I had a wonderful three day getaway with my Trump-loving conservative niece in La Jolla. So nice to be around sensible Republicans, who understand "facts" and are not cruel. Walks on the beach and fine dining are always the priority. Costa Brava for tapas was exceptional as always. But the La Jolla Contemporary Art Museum did have an exhibit of what I'll call "woke" art, including lots of arts from California artists during the worst of the HIV/AIDS epidemic. But there was also some pretty out there "woke" displays. Like something about Native American alcoholism that boiled down to black and white photos of a drunk guy who was was continuously saying boring shit on a TV monitor. It gave my niece a chance to express solidarity with her Gay uncle. And it gave me to make a joke about how - if you ever want me to vote for Trump - hand me my ballot right after I spend an hour walking through an excessively woke art exhibit. Because whatever the alternative is, it must be better than that. She laughed. And it does partly explain why Trump won. But don't tell self-loathing Gay poster @EmmetKruelty, who still thinks Trump winning by 49.9 % was a mandate for cruelty. And against LGBTQ politics, and smelly Black women. And transgender kids and lesbians, of course. I'll check in with my Trump-voting nephew in Tennessee when I visit him after Christmas. I know we will have an interesting discussion about tariffs. But I'll ask him what he thinks about @EmmetKruelty's cruelty and failure mandate as well. MAGA 2024 MAKE AMERICA FAIL AGAIN Stable Genius 1 Quote
