At least a couple of dramas or drama documentaries on this killing are already in preparation, and I expect more will follow. Who should play the lead?

No one knows him, but this would be my candidate:

I've heard some suggest James Franco:

dave franco luigi mangione movie

Ezra Sosa:

Ezra Sosa on X: "what did the grape do when he got stepped on? he let out a little wine. 🤓 https://t.co/Ud6WhML7wl" / X

"...The most popular fancast is Dave Franco, and honestly the resemblance is uncanny. "No audition needed. I crown you Luigi!" one TikToker says in the comments, while another jokes, "He was born for this Role.. it is destiny."...".

I'll gladly visit him weekly to provide some "fluffing" and a boost to his morale while he serves his time.  :good:

The people that are outraged at Luigi ARE because they THINK they have to be.  Its the politically correct response, not the ethical one.

For those that have grievances or suffered because of corrupt insurance companies,   they  have EVERY right to NOT care about the CEO,  and feel an allegiance to Luigi.

that is nonsense, it would be perhaps debatable  in eye-for-an eye case but otherwise ? Not siding with alleged killer is politically correct , not ethical? really ?

lets consider this situation : professor fails student on exam and as result  student commits suicide. Is student's  boyfriend, brother , father or whoever, ethically, never mind legally ,  entitled to seek revenge and shoot professor?

with this part I can  agree easily  but feeling allegiance  is not condoning murder.

A question just came to my mind.

For those who are outraged at Luigi's alleged act... do you also condemn the genocide of the Palestine people perpetrated by the IDF? I am just curious.

that is bit high handed comparison.

Indeed, perfect to measure selective outrage. Thousands of innocent children and women's lives weight nothing against one American CEO's.

no, discard preconceived notion and thing other way around, why to be so supportive to Luigi while saying and doing nothing against IDF atrocities ?.

Without over acting any outrage, I happen to disapprove both. I do not need to make rhetoric juggling.

Of course not, legally, but people can still "FEEL" as if they do have recourse, but it would be politically INcorrect to say it because of the acts  illegality.  Your feelings dont always match up with the ethics, morals or legality of a situation.  But saying it out loud is another matter, and not correct in our present society, however with another few more years of Trump, it might be ?   Afterall, Trump currently calls for all kinds of violence, but so far, he is not the Standard for human behavior.

YET  😏

True, but the PROBLEM is that the Billionaire oligarchs NOW run our government, and are making it a government that benefits ONLY them, so any reform that would make things better for the middle class in the insurance industry ISNT in their vision.  Afterall they want to put RFK in charge of our healthcare, so they are letting us know that they dont care about the well being of the American people.    they are watching their pocket books and bank accounts.
