I suggest on your next trip to just PM a few members and meet them for drinks. You will be amazed at how nice and wonderful many posters are in person. Quote

I have lived in Bangkok for 10 years. Having been based in other parts of Asia since 1979, I visited Thailand several times a year before then. Please do not be intimidated. If there is anything you wish to ask, please do so and us old timers will happily try and help. If you disagree with anything we said/posted, civilised discussion - and even argument - is always welcome. Quote
