I will spend a few days in panglao, is there any known place with cute men that will give you a massage? 
 

all the places I see on google maps seems to have girl masseuses or women customers, which is usually indicating a legit place or a place for straight guys.

Don't forget the Filipino word for "masseur": masahista. 

So #altermasahista will turn up results for you.
