First, I'm glad Trump decided to integrate his Cabinet. He's about 20 years behind Democrats, but that is okay. Housing, mortgages, subprime, and derivates thereof were the key ingredients in sending the US and global economy over the cliff with W. and Greenspan. Trump can't do that, even despite his track record of bankruptcy. 2 in 3 Americans own homes. And almost all either have no mortgage, or a relatively low fixed-rate mortgage.
