Trump Selects Linda McMahon to Serve as Secretary of Education

 

When the Dept of Education was created in 1980, America's educational standing was number one in the world. Today it is 24th and going lower by the day.

Over 44 years we have learned the DOE is no longer for the children; it exists for union members and no one else!

It must be dismantled, not restored to be recycled into a new monstrosity.

Linda McMahon has one job. Shut this bureaucratic boondoggle down. Send education back to the states.
It's a no-brainer.

Perfect match seeing that Pro Wrestling is as phony as the Department of Education.
At least the WWE is entertaining and makes money. The DoE is nauseating and makes idiots.
Education, like abortion has no business being regulated by DC.

To give to parents rights to make education decision is the most stupid thing. Only 0.1-0.3% of them are professionals in teaching and 0.3-0.5% in science. 

You will never give to parents rights to fix pipe in your toilet or in car unless they are experienced in such job, but you want to give them rights do decide what and how should study live person?

Parents should have rights to decide about teaching non science (read: fiction) subjects like religion - to study or not, which one if "yes". But rest must be decision of professional teachers and scientists from psychology, pedagogy sectors of science.

Decisions should be made at the local, county and state level. That's the way it was for 200 years.

 

Failure of a failed president, Carter gave us the Dept of Ed. Yes, dismantle this boondoggle ---education should remain in the state's and local areas only.
The teachers' unions need to go, too. None of the above care about children. They care about their unions and control of children & parents. FREEDOM!!!!

I hope her first act will be to state that she'll be working from her laptop in the cafeteria because she's just going to be there long enough to shut it down and, by the way, you're all sacked. You don't work here? Don't care. You're sacked.

I heard that Hulk Hogan will be a deputy Secretary. If you stand in McMahon's way of dismantling the DoE, be prepared to be body slammed by the Hulkster!
