Airbnb recommendations in Rio?

I'll be in Rio from Nov 2nd to Nov 9th... and am looking for an airbnb near Point 202 or 117.  Ideally, I'd like to be in walking distance to either. 

Does anyone have an airbnb recommendation that:

-- has a security man, but does allow "visitors"

-- is clean

-- has a full body mirror with a view from the bed?  hihihi.

Why not just get a hotel and take cars to and from the clubs? It's affordable, depending on where you're coming from.
