Just arrived- Pattaya

First time I've  arrived in the morning in a decade.... was a red eye from India, only a 2 hr flight, I feel pretty fresh as compared to coming after the LONG flights.

Arrived at the satellite terminal, 1st time... I've departed from there, was a piece of cake, arriving though is a shit show when more than 1 flight comes in at the same time....maybe it looked good on paper?

From landing, immigration,  luggage was almost 1st out, to meet mike taxi was 30 minutes in total...not too bad. 1.5 hrs to Pattaya, zero traffic. Ambiance hotel wanted to charge me for early check in, she's kind of new. When I told her I'm a 25 yr customer that books direct so they don't have to pay a commission, she gave me the room.

I'm here until Monday and then BKK for a few days...if anyone wants to meet for a drink or do some marching ,  it'll  put a face to the dry sarcasm and cynicism that I'm known for 😉

Looks like I'll miss @Olddaddy seems like he's going to BKK today, wonder if he planned it that way  🤔

I'd appreciate a report from Ambiance. Is it busy? And Boyztown itself?   Leaving it for Jomtien was an easy decision owing to the sleepless nights caused by late night, or rather early morning noise but we both miss those penthouse rooms. And the staff.... is Dom still there? I was very sad to say goodbye to him.

I am due to arrive Thursday night for 3 days. Staying at Copa, on advice of our resident sage, Vinapu! Then up to Bangkok. Happy to meet for a drink etc. On Friday I have booked a Siam Roads guide for the day and evening!

That would be great. If all goes well, I hope to be at Copa by 7pm. My flight  is due to land at Swampy at 3.45. Copa are providing a car to hotel. I will be rather tired! Flight is from London.

I’ll be staying in the Ambiance at the start of December so would love to hear what you think of it this year. I can always stay elsewhere if it’s not good.

@Londoner & @HornyOne they're remodeling the reception and supposedly going to re-open the coffee shop, so they have a sign saying excuse the noise and appearance until Nov 7th.

Not sure who Dom is but no real long timers working here, except maybe some of  housekeeping.

I Still like this hotel, comfortable bed, clean sheets/towels, cold a/c, location and price ranges from small cheap to roof suites. I paid $25usd net per night.

Last night Boyztown was pretty dead, I went to Dreamboys and the mamasan outside said they only had 7 boys ....Xboys didn't look much better, so I went to Toy Boys.

There was a papasan that says he's worked there 20 yrs Joe, but don't remember ever seeing him, was super nice and helpful. There were about 6 guys that I liked there, they had at least 20 guys working. He helped me eliminate a few by going over my preferences, but laughingly told me there are no big cocks there, lol

I told him as long as it's hard and have power, that's ok too 🙄

The one he was recommending the most, got called over by a customer, and ultimately offed ...typical story.

SO I took a guy from Cambodia, although his English was very limited he was good, although will  not be a repeat for me....no chemistry.

Yes , I know that bar. Long time it's space was occupied by boy bar called Vassa. I think it's old sign may be still hanging over mutilated by time and elements.

I was told in August  Arm is in Phuket, he likes that bar because owner is his friend, we had few dinks there. Definitely he is great guy with great body and quite a character. He is one who told me I'm boring , hurting my ego so much that I asked him for  another long time right away  and his answer was " of course , why not?"

turn right after exting hotel

on main street turn left, keep walking, at 70 m you will have ABomb bar and Classroom hotel   on your left, keep walking crossing the soi

after 30m you will pass by big open air restaurant with metal tables

next soi turn left, after 37m you will have XBoys on your right and Dreamboys across the  street on your left.

Met up with @floridarob at Ambience this evening. As he mentioned previously bit of building works going on next to reception, had a quick guided tour and looks a nice clean and budget friendly location.

Headed to Nano's CheeseSteaks and Burgers in Soi LK Pavilion for some pre alcohol soakage. Both had CheeseSteaks, first one I've ever had, and would definitely recommend. All freshly made on the premises, beef is Australian Ribeye.

Next headed across to Nice Boys, 20 boys on offer according to the Mamasan, however only counted 9! One other customer present sandwiched by two boys,  so 7 on stage trying to grab our attention, despite video (mobile) and White-Sachet stimulation, none rose to the occasion. Sizes on the Thai average scale, with one obvious silicon job, certainly nothing to write home about from my opinion. Bit of an international crowd whilst we were there, couple of Japanese, 1 Korean and 3 European types came and went. Spent our time giving descriptive names to the boys on stage to help pass the time. Weird eyes was @floridarob's favourite, however complete lack of hardness and power, despite some chemical stimulation, curtailed any possible encounter so  forced us to head over to XBoys to catch the 23:00 show.

Arrived just as the show started to a packed house, with the only seats left being on the front row at the shower end. The MC kept the commentary in English due to the type clientele present. Sound system needs some work, as was mostly distortion. Found the show more entertaining than over at XBoys or when I was at DJ Station in Silom a couple of weeks ago. Simulated anal, breakdancing, a singing Diva (actually miming), hard dick bongo playing, big dick mini golf, dancing, massage of Top became Bottom, big dick parade, Who's the Thai father, mutual shower and actual anal. Plenty to entertain everyone. For 300THB and a drink, excellent value for money.

Stayed put after the show drinking and talking, which got the boys on stage all excited, to the point they put on a private display trying for our effection. Me colleague inquired into one of the dancers, however what followed bordered on comical in terms of excuses. Sorry he's taking a shower, sorry he's on the phone to Bangkok, sorry he's busy, sorry he's speaking to someone. All that was missing was, Sorry he's had to rush home as his Water Buffalo is sick. Turns out he's the only one who's not offerable. 

One of the waiter staff took a fancy to my packet of snouts, so went outside and sat on the benches for a cough & a drag and whiled away a good hour and a half talking and being entertained by the boys on their breaks. Definitely a place to revisit. Got the Line of the waiter for the future.
