I am still in the city. Will be for the next few days before heading to Recife. 
 

I was here before pandemic and it seems that nothing much has changed. California is still the best venue for GPs. Didn’t go to Dragon (yet, maybe) and everyone still says it has few GPs. 
 

I can confirm that there is a 3rd venue with GP. Not a sauna but a cinema - Cine Vídeo Star. There are 3 hot GPs on a Tuesday around 2 pm.  Not sure there will be more or that’s it other times/days but it definite ranks better than Dragon. The place is clean enough for a cine. In fact I think it’s the cleanest one I seen in Brazil. 
There are motels next door for those who likes a proper bed and shower.

I like Cinemas thats where I had my 1st time getting sucked off by a guy. Can you tell us about the vibe at the Cinema and were the guys hot. Is it a cool place to be a voyuer ?

If you are in the city, just check it out. It’s only 15 reais. I only have a sample of couple hours but the guys are the GP sauna client types.  I saw the same guy who went to California there.  
 

Not sure the GPs are keen of getting watched getting on with a client unless money is involved.

I'll be returning there in seven weeks, so good to know the sauna scene is unchanged -- and to get the tip on the cinema.

I heard from some GPs that Dragon ‘busy’ nights are Sunday and Wednesday. So I went last night (Wednesday). Arrived around 4:30 pm and stayed till almost 6:00 pm.  Sadly there are only a handful of people there. Went I left, the 2 hot GPs from the cinema came in. Ubered to California, even on a slow Wednesday, California is still a few times busier than Dragon. 
 

Having said all these, the quality of the GPs in Fortaleza is not on par with SP or RJ, at least in the sauna. Maybe the really hot ones are online but I didn’t actually try.

Arrived in Fortaleza two days ago and needed a while to,get over the jet lag. Today we went to Dragon sauna at maybe 5:00 pm - not many guests there but a few GP‘s where already there.

A very nice muscled guy came up to us and with the help of translation via mobile phone he introduced himself as Bruno, coming from Maranho and now living in Fortaleza - it all led to some very nice fun in a suite at the dragon sauna.

We left the place at maybe 7:00 pm to walk back again to our hotel with a stop at one of the new barracas on the beachwalk - the new beachwalk (opened in may 2022) is a perfect surrounding for the city. In the evening it becomes very crowded and a lot of half naked cyclists and runners are nice eye candies…

maybe tomorrow we will visit California sauna…

so today I went alone to California sauna and arrived there at 5:00 p.m. . Started slow with a few GP‘s and some guests. Place wasn‘t my cup of tea because I am more into smooth muscular types - but all of the guys we’re very friendly..

Visited Dragon Sauna today again and arrived there at around 06:00 p.m. by surprise it was quite crowded today and they started a karioke show for the evening. There were maybe 30-40 guests in the sauna and also 6-7 GP‘s… The atmosphere was very friendly and on the first floor in the steam room and sauna lots of action was going on…

We will leave Fortaleza on Tuesday to go to Salvador…

So Dragon Sauna -- which is usually nearly empty according to numerous reports -- was actually quite busy on a Sunday afternoon (around 6pm)?!  That is big news.  Did you happen to hear about any other times when it is popular? 

Second question: You also went to Dragon on a Monday (guessing from your earlier post) at 5pm and there were "already a few GPs there." So, 4 or 5 GPs?

Last question please: For at least a period of time a year or two ago, Dragon Sauna was requiring fingerprints for entry! Were fingerprints still demanded?

don‘t know about the other days - think we went to early (around 04:00-05:00 p.m.) left to early (mostly at 07:00 p.m.).

I never wrote about a Monday - the Sauna is open from Wednesday till Sunday…

And yes, the fingerprint system is still active - but not together with personal data (only first name)

Okay, back in Fortaleza.

So far, a few days in - California is still the garoto central, though crumbling even more as before. In one suite, I almost laughed during sex when I saw above me a ceiling that clearly fell off in two or three spots since I was in that suite last a year ago. I have to say garoto-wise, it's also slower than it was a year ago - however, there is a great defined guy from Goias who promises to save this trip for me. Initially, I thought he was arrogant as he never responded to my hinted advances - but then I found out he's just super-timid, plus I'm a foreigner. He told me he thought I'm Finnish as I look like someone from Finland - for the record, I don't look like Finnish at all, but I suspect the only foreigner he met before was from Finland.

Interestingly enough, there was a very decent night at Dragon last night (on Saturday). There was a live bareback sex show with two local porn stars, but there was a decent crowd and I think there was a wider and better selection of garotos than at California. First I was at California where I hooked up with the Goias guy, then moved on to Dragon and I thought it was better. The jury is still out on Dragon though - I've been only that one time within a week, and never been back, so not sure whether it was quite active because of the special show, or whether it finally got some success after all these years - I really don't know.

With the much discussed notion here that Brazilian saunas are slowly dying, Fortaleza is exhibit A. California was fantastic garoto-wise 8-10 years ago, it is a shadow of those times now. There are still some good guys, but honestly if not for that star guy from Goias my week there would have been slim pickings. And he will be gone soon - he told me he doesn't like Fortaleza (he's been for 2 months here now), and he'd been to Rio and Sao Paolo each once before and said those are too chaotic and huge for him, so he will be going back to Goiania. He's incredible though - I'm getting a programa with him every night, he's incredibly athletic with a smiley face and obviously very straight, but a job is a job is a job, and yesterday he told me in a suite: we met a few times already, and I'm very grateful, so if you want you can fuck me now (which I did - an incredible experience with a model-like straight hunk) - when afterwards I gave him 120 instead of 100, he attempted to chase me across the sauna trying discreetly to give me back 20, saying "this is too much, you didn't have to do that". So in short Xclay, enjoy these times while they still exist, because in some not too distant future they won't anymore.
