Before everyone gets too excited about it, this visa will not apply to most of us. It is a business visa and it applies only to foreigners who are in Thailand to conduct business. For those of us who are on the one-year retirement visa or the non-immigrant Type "O" visa, this is not a visa for which you will be eligible.
