Would Bolt do the same? why should he wait? you book em after landing and finishing all border and custom procedures... waiting for car arrival time usually is 3-7 min depends on time of the day. Dont think bolt have a feature to schedule a booking ahead of time. You even need to be in the country to be able to launch the app and start requesting for a car.
