For those who have not seen 'The Lion King', one of the most original, inventive and stunning musicals around, I just noticed it will be playing at The Sands in Singapore for 3 months from 3rd March. Disney has only brought the show once before to Asia when it played in Shanghai (I don't count the Japanese and Korean language productions in those particular countries). Its so expensive, the chances of its playing in other cities in South East Asia in future are virtually zero.
