Your have the best Birthday present you could wish for then, a full bar of customers, then as soon and it gets below 35 boys, bring another load down simple, Sorry to be so blunt, but if you want to fill your till keep"- Tee, Mued, Boy and may be San I'd have to see him in person then get similar or better then those I have mentioned the rest could be waiters or Cashier. never have more that 1 lady fem voiced Boy, to any ten man boys, if you want customers to buy drinks in the hundreds. You sound like that nutty friend of yours. It is not just simple to bring a load down. I was in the bar a few days ago and it was nice. They do need more boys. But, I get tired of hearing man boys, man boys. I get tired of hearing, Get rid of the ladyboys and femboys. There is room for them all in a bar. I like masculine boys as well. But, I never have a problem seeing fem boys and ladyboys. I just don't get it when customers are so set against any boys being in a bar. It just does not make sense. Who do you mean that American guy you eat with and are in constant contact with, is he nutty, or just has his own opinions, I can never work out what is worst, fortunately he does not read here, so we can say what we like It is not just simple to bring a load down. It is for Beer of Nice Boys and it always was in the past, if you know what you're doing and where to look. Why do you think when a Bar has Good looking Boys in it then its full any Bar with a majorty of fem boys is less than half empty, This is all Part of the down turn of the gay bars Man boys dont need to work in them so much now days they have many other oppotunities or go and stand around the Grand Palace where you see so many. I was in the bar a few days ago and it was nice. They do need more boys. Yes I'm sure they do, More the merrier and many more customers if they are mainly men boys. But, I get tired of hearing man boys, man boys. I get tired of hearing, Get rid of the ladyboys and fem boys. There is room for them all in a bar. May be you do, but I'm not saying as a personal preference, I saying it as a business decision, no matter what you think of Lady fem voiced Boys, to many are the kiss of death if you want a full Bar and Till, 2/3s of customers get fed up with their predominance. For all I know, you may very well be 100% correct about bars' successes and failures. I for sure do not know any better. I happily accept your judgement. But there is also the fact that your comments relate specifically to bar owners and how they run their bars - not customers. Customers have a variety of different tastes. If bar owners do not adapt to the marketplace, they'll die, as you rightly point out. But constantly pressing a point that does not concern most posters is surely banging your head against the proverbial brick wall? Why not talk to the bar owners about changing their business plans? I consider it very unlikely you will be able to change any customers' habits. Quote

Many bar owners leave the hiring and firing to their lady boy Mamasam so all they are interested in is a lady boy party, not what customers want, Some owners I have already spoken to and a couple have listened the Man running NICE GUYS and another Bar that does well.
