We have two handsome friends, "Adam" and "Brad" who are single and looking for partners. I asked my hubbie if he thought the two might hook up, and he said "Oh, that could never work. They're both bottoms." It had never occurred to me that a man would ever exclude from consideration another man for a long-term relationship simply because both were bottoms. Can't those things work out? Maybe take turns or use a toy or inanimate object if needed? Would you never consider another man, no matter how handsome and nice he was, simply because he prefers the same position as you do?
