Nice one! I suppose even automatic pilots get tired sometimes. Pity the door handle is nothing like any handle I have seen on an aircraft toilet!

I was stuck in a toilet like that once when the door locking mechanism was broken (and no one stuck a sign up to say so), on a boat, in 38 degree heat. Freaking horrible experience. It was right next to the engine room so no amount of yelling could attract attention.
