The casualties include four individuals from Quang Ninh province, four from Hoa Binh province, and three from Hanoi, according to the Department of Rescue and Relief under the Ministry of National Defense. In addition to the tragic loss of life, the storm has caused significant property damage. Approximately 121,500 hectares of rice and crops were flooded and destroyed, particularly in Thai Binh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Hanoi, Nam Dinh, Hung Yen, and Ha Nam.
