Members Connery43 Posted September 7 Members Posted September 7 Might any of you guys know of BKK (near or in Silom) accommodations that give you no hassle for bringing in a "short term" guest? Quote

Reception is on 5th floor an if your room is on other floor nobody ever will see you nor your guest. Even if it's on 5th floor you can always go with your gust to floor 4 and then climb the stairs in the back 1 floor up. This is what I did on my recent trip I just returned from Connery43, jamiebee and Mavica 3 Quote
CallMeLee Posted September 7 Posted September 7 To be on the safe side, your reservation should be for two. Some forum members mentioned that Siam Heritage is not joiner friendly? Connery43 1 Quote
reader Posted September 7 Posted September 7 It's easier to list hotels that don't allow joiners and, at the moment, only one I'm aware of is the Montien (behind Starbucks off Surawong). khaolakguy, Mavica and Connery43 3 Quote

There were such rumors in the past so finally in Januray I decided to check how it really is and I did not have any problems with neither bringing my guest at middle of the night nor having him accompany me for breakfast there. So as far as I'm concerned it's included on 'ready for use ' list . Entry to elevators is by card and is bypassing reception for added level of discretion. Mavica and Connery43 2 Quote

But as Spoon cautioned above, be sure to make reservation for two and do so on booking site like Agoda. Quote

Not to be confused with the Meridien, no problem, which is very close to Montien. Quote
