PattayaMale Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 What does "Another Commission finished" mean? I went to the site and still don't understand Quote
Bob Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 I'm guessing it just means he's completed some new work (when I just went to the website, there appeared to be one or two new works shown there than I saw a couple of months ago). But lvdkeyes will surely explain. The guy does seem to do some nice work (I realize that this type of art is quite personal but I like the realism of his subjects). Quote
Guest lvdkeyes Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Ye, Bob is right. Wichan just finished the second of two commissions of a guy's father. Quote
PattayaMale Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 lvdkeyes, may I suggest you give some explanation of who Wichan is and what he does. I think many posters may be new and not understand the significance of your first post which was just a link to a site. He certainly is talented as his site shows. Quote
Guest lvdkeyes Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 If you read his "Welcome to my website" I think it tells who he is or is there something else that he should include? Quote
PattayaMale Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 If you read his "Welcome to my website" I think it tells who he is or is there something else that he should include? I did not see the "welcome" which was at the bottom of the page. Interesting Quote
Guest lvdkeyes Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Wichan has added his mobile number at the end of his "Welcome....." Quote
Guest beachlover Posted October 1, 2010 Posted October 1, 2010 Just some suggestions... 1. You should link directly to the "new commission". Otherwise nobody has any idea, which painting you're talking about. 2. I didn't notice the "welcome note" until I scrolled down. I didn't notice it at all on any prior visits. The "About me" or "services offered" blurb should be a button at the top or in the left hand column. 3. It should state "paintings for sale" and/or "services offered - portraits and commissioned paintings". ... if you're keen for him to get more business. Quote
