Members Latbear4blk Posted August 25 Members Posted August 25 dulces: drugs chupa ya roc: I have no idea. I do not know everything, but something tells me something is not well spelled here. Perhaps I am missing more context. parchar: to hang out liga: more context is needed, it can be many things and all of them with sexual connotation morboso: it is not easy to translate. "morboso" is someone very engaged in the interaction, passionately kinky and sinking into anything. It can be just vanilla sex, but very passionate. Dirty talk is not a must, but it is usually involved. macdaddi 1 Quote

I am struggling to explain what "morboso" is. Perhaps I was wrong when I associated it with vanilla. I keep editing. The point of confusion may also be in "vanilla". Two guys looking lustfuly at each other eyes while passionately kissing and dirty talking is vanilla for me, and that can be done with a lot of morbo. macdaddi 1 Quote
Members macdaddi Posted August 25 Members Posted August 25 Doy / buscar liga = paid sex. You may be prepared to pay for sex (doy liga) or are looking to be paid (busco liga). There are other uses certainly but this is the discrete way of saying you are an escort in Grindr and not be explicit. chupar ya roc looks like a misspelling or a shorted word. Note that Colombians insert ya into just about every second sentence, this looks very to be a colloquial use. Mavica, tm_nyc, floridarob and 1 other 3 1 Quote

Members Latbear4blk Posted August 25 Members Posted August 25 It just came to my mind a definition that put a smile on my face. "Morboso" is someone who rejoices in sin. tm_nyc, macdaddi and floridarob 2 1 Quote

I typically use "passion" or "into it", which we both know is know is not the full explanation. It kind of feels like estrenar or sobremesar where there isn't a comparable word, just an explanation of what it means culturally. Latbear4blk and Mavica 2 Quote

Just wanted to note that @Latbear4blk is correct, dulces refers to drugs, but in Medellín it quite specifically is used to refer to cocaine or tusi, a pink mixture of several stimulants that is very popular in the club scene. Both would be referred to as dulces, which I have never heard used to refer to the cannabis family. Mavica 1 Quote
speedoo1 Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Liga means it is paid sex. Guys in Cali use the word liga in the grindr profile or will use it in their communication with you. At first I didn’t understand it but now I know it means or relates to payment for sex. I think it is relatively new as I didn’t notice the word when communicating with guys during my previous visits. floridarob Posted October 12 Posted October 12 Comes from a Indian usage ..Meaning to go fuck yourself or just fucking, like having sex. A lot of Spanish speakers have picked up and are using it now. I'll be in India soon, on my way to Thailand....so I've been seeing it a lot on "X" and messages.... https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=chudai Latbear4blk, bkkmfj2648 and macdaddi 3 Quote
