Guest Posted September 16, 2010 Posted September 16, 2010 Looking at this from the opposite direction, if he is being offed from a bar, he should know the going rate, which would be about 1000 short time. If his expectations are significantly different to this, HE should discuss it in advance. Why should he expect you to pay something more, without clearing this in advance? Normally when I off a guy from a gogo bar, I never discuss the tip in advance. That means I decide what the tip is after the event, so the tip can be performance related. This averages about 1100 short time. With freelancers it's different as there are more unknowns, so I discuss tips in advance. Quote
