Guest beachlover Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 I thought so too, but how does the word relate to or imply sex or a date? Quote
Guest MonkeySee Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 I thought so too, but how does the word relate to or imply sex or a date? I think by program, GT means what will happen in the bedroom. He talks money and activities before the program begins. Correct me if I am wrong. Quote
Guest Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 In Brazil, the boys call a short time a Programa or program. It is the same word as a quickie or short time. There, most are done in the saunas. But, even when I take a boy to the hotel (which I tell everyone not to do) they call it a programa. Quote

I did not know it was a slang term. Do most of the saunas in Brazil have little rooms or compartments where you are able to have a little privacy? Quote

Do most of the saunas in Brazil have little rooms or compartments where you are able to have a little privacy? Yes, all the saunas have rooms. You rent the room by the hour. Rates vary but average about 10-15 US. They have suites and most have showers and TV's. They are not luxurious by any means but they are comfortable enough for a short time. If you ever go there, send me a PM and I'll gladly give you some tips on where to find the best information. Quote

I do want to travel to Brazil in the near future, but many people discourage it because they say it is so dangerous. I guess the saunas are safe. Quote
Guest Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Thanks. I do want to travel to Brazil in the near future, but many people discourage it because they say it is so dangerous. I guess the saunas are safe. Brazil is not as safe as Thailand. There really isn't much comparison when it comes to feeling safe. I feel safe there as I know my way around. There are some great tour guides that are local boys that are amazing to help one with their first experience. I have never known anyone have any problems in the sauna with safety. Quote
ChristianPFC Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 My first off went the following way. I asked him if he can do long time and offed him. We walked about an hour on walking street and when we were in my hotel room, he sat on my bed and watched TV. I came out of the bathroom and just wanted to slip my hand under his shirt he got this call from mamasan saying that he has to get back home. (I shared this story half a year ago on this forum.) I gave him 500THB and let him go. The closest we ever got was when I put my hand on his knee in the bar. Quote

If he didn't want to do stuff in bed fair enough. But if he just upped and left?... Quote

Thanks. when I take a boy to the hotel (which I tell everyone not to do) they call it a programa. Why is this? I've read others saying not to do this too. Is it only in the case of money boys or just locals in general there? What can happen? How is it different from Thailand or any other country where you invite someone you've met back to your place? Aside from saunas, is it easy to meet gay local boys in clubs and discos like you can in Bangkok at DJ Station and other places? Are there any good gay clubs there? Quote
