Great pics, Jim. A question about your condo. Do you find much noise coming through from the apartments above and at the sides? I lived in high rises by the sea for all but 2 of my 20 years in Hong Kong - 25, 34 and then 35 floors up. I really loved it, especially the constantly changing views and some staggering sunsets (although the way these buildings swayed during major typhoons was an 'interesting' experience). But once I got quite a lot of noise coming from above because of the hard floors. Those neighbours clearly had not invested in any form of carpets or rugs. And that did piss me off. I don't mind sound coming up from below as much, but hate it from above.

I live in View Talay 2 and only on rare occasions do I get noise from the condo above me and that is when they move furniture.

Pattaya looks lovely when you leave out the pot-holed half built cracked streets, horrible architecture, semi-abandoned construction sites, cluttered sidewalks, peeling paint and old unimaginative buildings.

If my memory serves me correctly, you mentioned in another thread that you rarely visit Pattaya. How many times have you visited? And how many times have you ventured beyond Walking Street and the main axis roads? I a merely curious.
