Adam’s Apple Club is one of Thailand’s oldest gay go-go bars and the best known gay bar in Chiang Mai. The club is located on Viangbua Road in Chiang Mai’s Chang Puek district to the north of the city center.

The club boasts an ultra-modern design and is immaculately clean with one of the best sound and lighting systems around. Its discreet entranceway and upstairs location ensure the maximum of privacy.

 

Plus a sofas are positioned around the stage to ensure the maximum comfort whilst enjoying a perfect view of the show and a catwalk for the dancers ensures maximum interaction with the audience.

Large number of good looking, friendly Gogo boys there on recent visit. Show started around 10:30. One boy with hardon

and costume followed by lip synching lady boy. Total 4 boys with hardons and 2 ladyboys interspersed during show. Many

boys sit with customers. Bare bones show.

I suspect @Fred Joos is the owner or in some way connected with Adam's Apple. If that is the case, thank you for updating the information. Adam's Apple was always a great bar, although there was a time when it dipped a little at the same time as it and the downstairs lounge bar were taken over by a new owner probably a dozen or so years ago.

It was the variety of dancers and the helpful staff that made it the best of the few Chiang Mai gogo venues. The nude parade along the catwalk was always popular and the shows were fun, even though the boys were amateurs as performers. Drinks also were very reasonably priced. Hopefully little has changed.

On nomadicboys.com I saw a recent report about Ch. Mai and its offerings in general. Said it was based on a very recent visit, but I got impression it was more based on notes sent from someone on an older visit report. A.A. was still listed as opened.

Yes, we have been open again as normal since June 1st, the day on which all bars and clubs in Thailand were officially allowed to open again.

Yes, I suspect so too, since some of the places listed there have not reopened after the pandemic. Adam's Apple Club has reopened on June 1st

Thank you very much for your kind post, yes Fred is a friend of Adam's Apple Club in Chiang Mai and is helping us with marketing after the long period we have been closed. Thank God we have been open again since June 1st, 2022 and can welcome guests again.

We have now survived the first year after the pandemic, which was not always easy; the many tourists who used to come stayed away for a long time. It was probably 2015 the last time that I was there. I was just about the only customer and the guys were making plans for after work when I picked one of them. So we went (separately) to my place and had fun. But I knew he had places to go.

Go Go bars are not for me I think, but I felt very welcomed and well accomodated. Would recommend to anyone visiting
