Members Suckrates Posted July 15 Members Share Posted July 15 Partisan judge Eileen Cannon in Florida has shot her cannon, aiming at the Classified Docs indictment of Trump, and DISMISSED the case on grounds Prosecutor Jack Smith should have never been appointed to the case. This issue had been previously litigated, and Cannon was sitting on her decision, for MONTHS on the issue. Her 90 page decision came down today. I guess Trumps near death experience this past weekend "softened her". ? Cant help believing tossing the case out was Cannons goal from the start. With the date, had she preplanned this as a gift to the former defeated President before the Republican convention, or is she hiding the decision under the cover of the shooting? How quickly can the 11th Circuit take up her decision, and reverse it again (for a 3rd time)? Would it then, finally be reassigned to a Judge?
