TotallyOz Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 Many of us enjoy the atmosphere and reasonable prices and good food at Salt and Pepper Restaurant in Day Night 2. The owners are great and they are always attentive. They have a few new items that they have added to the menu. One of them is a chicken wrapped in bacon with cheese on the inside. It comes with fries and a salad. It tastes very good and for those of you that want to deviate from your regular Thai meal when there, give this great new item a try. I had it yesterday and thought it was delightful. They also have a few Russian dishes they make especially for the ladies customers they have for lunch each day. Quote

I had it yesterday and thought it was delightful. They also have a few Russian dishes they make especially for the ladies customers they have for lunch each day. I have heard about Salt and Pepper but never could find it! One day after eating at Chez Vickie, I wandered around and found a "bookstore, gift shop, restaurant". I looked for the sign to see the name of the place and could not see one. I asked a lady that was inside what the name was and she said "Salt and Pepper". I looked up again trying to find the sign, and she said, "no sign". Here husband came over and explained he had been in business so long, people seemed to know that this is "Salt and Pepper". I laughed and said I had been looking for over a year. I saw a place on another soi called "Pepper and Salt" which had closed. Oh well I know where it is and may try it tonight. Question for GT...Do you have to be a lady to try their Russian food? Quote

Guest Posted August 8, 2010 Posted August 8, 2010 This great place also has a yummy Friend Chicken Burrito (pita bread). It is very tasty and only 79 baht. Good food, good prices, good deals! Quote
Guest Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 I apologize to you. TOQ informed me this was not a burrito. It is a Chicken Wrap. I guess he is right on this one. But, the Wrap is good and it reminds me of a burrito. Quote
