Guest josan Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 Has anyone had any experience with BEOCUTE GAY TOURS in Phuket? Honest? Good tours? Quote
Guest Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 No experience. Meter taxis should be cheaper than their service from the airport. You can find the gay life on Patong Beach very easily on your own with a map. There are plenty of companies organising tours to all the local sites at good prices. I'm not sure what's "gay" about an airport transfer service. The driver's usually male which ever company you use. Then he's not going to drive the car and give you a BJ at the same time. Or? Quote

Well one big disadvantage is that if they ever screw up, word of mouth travels quickly in the gay community. it would be nice if the reverse applied, but it seems us gay men like to groan a little more than we moan sometimes. Guest TOQ Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 If you have decided where you are going to stay check with them for offered tours. Most of the guesthouses and or hotels can arrange transport and tours. Quote
Guest josan Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 THANKS for all the replies. I must admit we could not decide if the driver was to be gay or maybe the big car that on their webpage! Yes, the hotel does have tours. Guess we will stick to that or talk with a taxi driver. Thanks again. Quote
Gaybutton Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 Guess we will stick to that or talk with a taxi driver. You have another option. Take a boy off and offer him the opportunity to be your tour guide. He'll probably jump at the chance and would be far less expensive than commercial tours. It would probably be much more fun that way too. I've done things like that. If I flew to a destination at which I wasn't familiar, I would take a boy off if he held a motorcycle driving license, rent a motorcycle, and let him take me all over the place with him driving and me as the passenger. It never failed to be a fabulous time. Now that I have a car, I still do things like that and I invariably get to places that tour groups never hear about. For me, that beats hell out of organized commercial tours. Quote
Guest Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 A proper gay tour would involve a car with blacked out windows & the opportunity to pre-book a "guide" from one of the best go go bars in town. Just the way to brighten up that final trip to the airport. Quote
Guest GaySacGuy Posted July 26, 2010 Posted July 26, 2010 I checked with the manager of Club One Seven about BeoCute Gay Tours. He advised the Beocute Gay Tours in operated by Knun Best, who is a gay Thai boy under 30. He is the owner of the site, and conducts the tour guide service himself. He is honest, and he has his own car. No need to book online if you plan to go on island hopping tours, as they can be booked when you arrive in Phuket, and get more information. All the tours offered in Phuket are more or less the same....it is the tour operation compnay that you have to pick. If you stay at Club One Seven...or go there to check on and book tours..Daniel the manager will steer you striaght, and speaks very good English and Thai. Hope you have a great trip to Phuket. It is a fun place with lots to do..but a bit more pricey than Pattaya. Quote

One of the tours was the Island Tour that included the "James Bond" island. It was a very good tour, lunch was included, and the tour lasted the full day. john Quote
