Condo Rental

Recommended Posts

Hi Guys,

I'm due to arrive back in Pattaya for 2/3 months. Any recommendations on a high quality

1/2 bed condo? GT...I think I remember reading you stayed in VT 6? How was it?

Given the low visitor numbers are there any bargains around right now?

While you are loooking around, you might consider starting your stay at Yensabai Condo, just minutes from Sunee.

Patrice of PAT Properties rents units for 400 a night though there are some extra charges such as a 400 baht final cleaning charge.

With this plan u are starting your trip in a greatand are making no longterm commitments sight unseen.

I don't want to hijack this thread, but this may be of interest to someone. I have a friend who wishes to rent his condo long term (or maybe even sell it) in Jomtien Plaza. It is a 3 bedroom (actually 2, but one of the balconies has been converted to a small bedroom), nicely furnished, and with views of both the city and the ocean. He is willing to rent it for 30,000 baht/month and, while pricey, I think it's a price far lower than other units in this building. I may have the name of the building wrong, but it's the high rise right on the corner of Thappyra and Jomtien Beach Road. If anyone is interested, let me know and I'll put you in touch with my friend.
