He (Ta Lin) replied: it will be a new cabaret show bar, like M2M and The Venue, he hopes to have it open in like 6 to 8 more weeks, he would not tell me the name of the new cabaret place - as he wants it to be a surprise. As you may remember, the former Dolce Vita restaurant resided in a very large space. From what I could see today, it looks like it will be bigger than M2M and perhaps around the same size as The Venue's cabaret area. I told Ta Lin that when I saw all of this construction in this big space that I was hoping for a dance club - that the Jomtien Complex really needs a good place for dancing with good farang type of music - as we both agreed that at the nearby Dragon Music club - the existing DJs do not play good dancing music. Ta Lin smiled and said, hmmm, perhaps there is truly a need for a good dancing place in the Complex. Quote

Kudos to him I personally wouldn't take the risk of starting a new business particularly a Showbar with competition of two others in the complex not to mention the high rent unless he bought the freehold Quote
