Usually on the last car on the train and only certain lines. i wish I could give you more info. Mexico City is great and so huge that probably everything imaginable has happened at one time or another. I still remember arriving at the height of rush hour one time and a large group of feminists were protesting topless at a fountain on one of the major streets. But there is a lot of talking about it: last cars in trains on and under ground are supposed to host hot action now and then, and always cruising and touching. If you want to live a real cruisy experience in Mexico City forget the metro, it is not what it used to be, instead visit Mazatlan Hotel one of the hottest cruising spots in the city. There is also a Sex Shop in Zona Rosa area where you can pay the access to the cruising area on the second floor.
