Anti-Gay Rights Activist Resigns after Trip with Male Escort

By the CNN Wire Staff

May 13, 2010

(CNN) -- The anti-gay rights activist who recently toured Europe with a male escort has resigned from a group that promotes counseling for people who "struggle with unwanted homosexuality," though the man insists that he is not gay.

George Rekers resigned from the board of the National Association for Research & Therapy of Homosexuality, the group's website said Tuesday.

"I am immediately resigning my membership in NARTH to allow myself the time necessary to fight the false media reports that have been made against me," Rekers said in a statement posted on the group's website. "With the assistance of a defamation attorney, I will fight these false reports because I have not engaged in any homosexual behavior whatsoever.

"I am not gay and never have been," the statement said.

Hey Guys....he only went to RentBoy.Com and rented this guy to carry his bags.

Of course the guy said there were massages that he was asked not to talk about. Saw him on a clip on TV, and he is a nice looking young man.

Well, of course. That's just where an anti gay rights activist would go. He needed the boy to carry his bags. He wanted to help him change his evil ways.

That, of course, must be why he never told anyone about his plans until he was caught . . .

Now, let's see if I have this correct. Mr. Rekers takes a little peek at a site called Rentboy.com (on which you have to click that you are aware this is an adult site and are over 18 just to enter), shows nude pics and gay ads as soon as you enter the site, finds Lucien, but has no idea that Lucien is even gay until well into the trip.

Now what's so hard to believe about that . . . ?
