Guest run26mile Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 I'm going to get my first Thai muscle massage. I have heard a lot of good comments about Hero Massage. My question is whether going to Hero is worth the taxi ride out of silom or are there venues in Silom that have similar guys. I am most attracted to bodybuilders, which I'm sure Hero cannot match the current massive bodybuilders at Tawan. But I'm also very attracted to very lean, ripped guys with no bodyfat and nice veins all over arms, chest and legs. Based upon reviews here, it seems like Hero will be my best bet for these guys. Any current experience? A few other questions: - when is the best time to go to Hero for the most selection of boys - is it inappropriate to ask two boys to stand next to each other so I can really compare their bodies and pick the one I like the best? - how does the price compare to other massage places like Senso, which I found to be pretty high - are there other massage places that guys suggest for a super lean, muscular guy with lots of veins? Also, I went to Senso just to stop by and see the guys. Some of them looked pretty good, but once I said I was only previewing for the next day, they all sat down and I didn't get that good of a look. Thanks for any advice. Quote
Guest Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 IMHO just from reading your other posts over the past months, Hero is your place and you will love it. I get there early in the afternoon around 3-5. The busy weekends, the place is already full. You may have to sit for an hour to just soak in the sights. For you there is no doubt in my mind that Hero is worth the ride on the taxi. However, you can also take the sky train there. I do this often and it is an easy walk down the soi to Hero. The first time take a taxi to Hero. Then, just walk to the end of the Soi and look for the Sky Train. I find it easier and cheaper than a taxi. I have posted here a few months back on the rates when I was there. Find that thread as I am pretty sure it is still pretty accurate. Also, a very recent thread by Firecat on other massage venues. He is not into the muscle guys but he has great tastes in beautiful boys and I saw a photo of the guy he took from one place and he had a beautiful ripped six pack body. Quote

I went at 5pm and waited for 90 minutes including having dinner there. The captain was very nice and completely responsive to my requests to see certain boys. But, alas, I didn't find anyone to my liking. Maybe it was an unusual night. They did have a lot of gym bodies but none were as tight as I would like them, which is my personal preference. I was impressed that there was not a lot of pressure to choose any guy. I ended up at Senso and -- to my surprise -- did find a guy that I really liked. It was more expensive than other massage places but the guy was great. His name is Wine: http://www.sensomenclub.com/sys_model/files/wine1.gif He was even more ripped and veiny than in this picture. I may go back to Hero another day at 4pm because I know it has many good reviews and also I did get great service even though I was not ultimately successful. Quote
