I went directly to Tawan Bar with unsure expectations based upon the conflicting reviews of Tawan Bar that have appeared on here. That night, there were 20 to 25 guys from what I could tell. Of those, at least half are competing in the Mr. Thailand competition, which was originally 13 March but is now 4 April. Of the 10 that are competing, there were 5 high quality bodybuilders. By high quality, I mean that they were ripped and huge with nice striations and vascularity. Each of the five guys had symmetrical physiques, knew how to pose their muscles, and were very friendly. I have offed a bodybuilder two nights in a row for them to flex/pose for me. I was not disappointed with either. I'm not looking for sex so I have no comments on how versatile or good any of these guys are in bed. But, they were very pleased to show me their hard worked muscles. There were certainly more than a few guys that were totally out of shape. I asked one of the ripped bodybuilders why these guys would even show up at Tawan to dance. He said that they are there for the sex part of the Tawan show where they suck off the bigger guys. So, now is the time to see really great guys at Tawan. Quote

Not everyone who goes to Tawan is looking for a ripped bodybuilder for sex - usually a disappointment in my experience. Some of us just like big guys...even if they have a bit more to hold on to when the ride gets rough - especially since guys considered 'not in tip top condition' could be a little more eager to please than their more in-demand friends. Diff'rent strokes for diff'rent folks - take me, for example - I wouldn'y off a guy from that bar just to see him flex his arm muscles. The only muscle I'm interested in seeing flexed or getting flexed is the one I plan to have fun with. Quote

You're absolutely right that it's "different strokes for different folks!" I have a very specific type of guy that I like if I"m going to pay to seem them. There are some very big guys who are more off-season. But there were a few guys that really didn't even look like they worked out....with big bellies. But, I'm sure they turn on someone out there! In any event, I know there was a lot of chatter previously about the quality of competition muscle at Tawan. My post simply confirms that -- as of this week -- there are a lot of competition ready guys to choose from. That might change after the Mr. Thailand contest is past and they go back to the natural bulking phase. Cheers! Quote

I see nothing in the world wrong with that. We all have our personal likes and dislikes and there is plenty of variety out there to accommodate everyone's individual tastes. Something for everyone, ranging from the ultra muscle types that you like to the ultra femme lady-boys that others like. And I think we all also have our own individual likes and dislikes as to what we like doing with them once we have them alone. I'm very glad you are finding what you were seeking and are having a great time on your holiday here. In addition to the Tawan bar, you might also want to check out the various gyms and Muay Thai boxing schools. You'll probably be especially successful since you made it clear that you are looking for guys willing to flex and pose for you and are not really seeking much beyond that. I hope this is only the first of many more holidays in Thailand to come for you. Have a wonderful time and I hope you keep us informed about your experiences here. Quote

I just like big guys...and small ones and medium-sized ones, too...as well as hairy ones and smooth. I just don't want to have anything to do with those guys who have painted faces or fingernails. I'm not really as slutty as I sound sometimes (and you can punctuate this anyway you like.) Incidentally, Run26mile, sorry if I gave you the impression that I was offended. I wasn't. I merely thought that I'd point out that some guys like beefy men. Even beefy older men, as evidenced by the number of twinky profiles that specify exactly that at various older-meets-younger dating sites. Sorry but I thought you didn't know that. Quote
