Speed in Gay Thailand

I heard from Gaybutton that some members in Thailand are having speed issues on GayThailand.com. I have been testing this and it works fine for me in the USA. Are others noticing major speed issues?

Yes, they're either too fast or too slow and in many cases can't even get their engines started...

Taking the question seriously, the answer is yes. The slowdowns have rarely occured for me on this web site, although a friend of mine reports that he has timed accessing Gay Thailand and it takes his machine 3 minutes and 20 seconds to access the site and the same time to go to a new page. While not experiencing anything that severe, for the last couple weeks it has sometimes taken much longer than it used to to open Gay Thailand.

 

I do have a problem openning the Bangkok Post web site, however. It used to just pop open, but now it usually takes a minute or more to show up. I think the problem (maybe on both sites) is openning advertising links - but I'm not sure.

I don't have a problem opening Gay Thailand, but I have the same problem with Bangkok Post - But recently I have been having to spend a few daya a week in Bangkok and the place I am renting there is wired for Internet connection. When I am in Bangkok, the Bangkok Post pages open quickly. Not being a computer geek, I have no idea why it should open extremely slow from Pattaya and quite fast in Bangkok.

GT times out for me and will not load. Am interstate aaand have no problem

I am no computer geek either but I have noticed that GT loads much faster using Firefox than it does using Internet Explorer. It's the same with many other websites.

How long does it take to load down our actual report in Thailand now?

No idea what to do to make it faster. But Youtube is the same problem.

I was staying in Jomtien for the last week and could not get this site on my laptop at all. No problem with any other sites I use regularly. Back in Bangkok, speed is fine.
