1 In many cases "half naked" means wearing the same type of clothes that people do on the beach. I don't see a problem with that. Muslims or even the American Taliban (known as the Republican Party) might object.

 

2 Prostitution is an honest & very well established means of earning a living. Much more honourable than sponging of the dole for example.

 

3 Several other Asian countries have bars where prostitutes are readily available. In some, I believe this is completely legal.
