Banks and Government Offices will Close on Thursday, December 10

Thursday, December 10 is Thailand's Constitution Day. All banks and government offices will be closed. Of course ATMs and exchange booths will remain open. As far as I know this holiday has no effect on the bars and they will be open. I have not heard anything to the contrary.
