We have already seen what happens. They did the same thing on the same street about two years ago. From the beginning the signs were ignored and, after two months, were removed.

 

Only the posts on which they were mounted remained to further obstruct the cluttered sidewalks.

So the food stalls encroaching on the street can't open till 11?

 

Better than odd even is fixed days. I suspect the Tue-Fri market affects one direction more than another.

 

The BIB giving out easy tickets by Kasikorn Bank also slow traffic down.

 

Also the traffic lights at Sai Sam and Sai Song should be tinkered with, depending whether odd or even.

We came down Pattaya Tai heading toward Second Road past Tuk Com tonight about 730PM. The BIB were busy putting illegally parked motorbikes onto the back of pickup trucks. Maybe they are serious about the parking ban.

Hey John, just noticed the red and white is for corners where you're never supposed to park. It won' be the entire curb.
