Gaybutton Posted September 12, 2009 Posted September 12, 2009 I agree about the location. If the rooms are furnished, then I think their asking prices are within reason. The only thing I saw on their web site that I thought was exaggerated was the part about the Pattaya nightlife being only ten minutes away. That would be so if there were no traffic problems, but these days getting into the city without traffic problems is becoming more and more uncommon. Even so, I would say unless traffic is unusually heavy it shouldn't take more than twenty minutes to get from that location into the city on a baht bus. Motorcycle taxis, of course, are quicker. Guest Astrrro Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 Daily price is good. Monthly price is high IMHO. Quote
Guest HeyGay Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 Daily price is good. Monthly price is high IMHO. Normally I would agree with you, but in this case its very nice inside. It all depends on what your use to and happy with, if you want a luxury room where you can see a lot of time and trouble has been taken to make it special, is included, I would rather pay a round 700 baht a night, than 600 a night for a dump, in some places I could mention. Don't just talk about it, just go and see, I think your be very Impressed with the Luxury Condos on offer. Price is relative. Quote

Guest Geezer Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 Mark Twain wrote of an acquaintance with a proclivity for prevarication, as being a person who relates facts which have not gone though the formality of occurring. Quote
Guest luvthai Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 The rates do seem a little high considering the way the economy is and then to add in the electric. The do seem very attractive tho. Where is the office and do you enter directly into the condo or is there a lobby type entrance? Quote

Guest Posted September 13, 2009 Posted September 13, 2009 This does look like a nice place. Has anyone actually been there as opposed to reading about it? Curious minds want to know. Quote
Guest Astrrro Posted September 14, 2009 Posted September 14, 2009 The monthly/daily price ratio in Pattaya varies from 10-1 to 30-1. At 25-1 this place is a better "deal" for the tourist than the expat. Quote
