I made the decision to close the restaurant, but my staff offered a "Management Buyout" and have decided for the time being to run it their way. It will reopen serving Thai food. Well......i wont post any constructive critiscm as i know it would be taken the wrong way.......but .............as Gordon Ramsay would say be a enterpreuner not a restauranter ! Mind you if Gordon dined at white knight as of late i think he would say a lot more. Then again cant fault the le cage operation,his cheese platter in le cage is very good. Quote
