I would guess he didn't get him anything in return for doing the ride. I don't think he bought a bicycle because in another thread he is looking for rentals. I don't picture GT as a person who would bribe the boyfriend to get him to do the trip. Either the boyfriend wants to do the trip or he doesn't.

I didn't mean that he would buy a high end bicycle to bribe him. I just know he is very generous.

Maybe you could offer him a favor in return, one that doesn't necessarily involve money or gifts. Personally, I would try to avoid the "you do this for me and I'll do that for you" scenario, but if a farang feels he must employ a bribe, this idea would seem harmless.

I am not sure of exact quote from GT but he spoke of a "clincher for the BF" and a "fantastic accommodation that made him jump for joy" to entice him to make the bike ride. That sounds like something in return for doing the ride. But what? Maybe a "golden parachute" that would make me jump for joy.

I thought that when I wrote the poll and said this was just for fun, posters would realize that I was not trying to be malicious. I understand that GT adores his boyfriend.

So I thought it would be fun to guess what made him jump for joy. I realize it is not any of our business. I just thought with the incredibly fun loving posters we would get some funny answers.

As for the "thing" I'll reveal all on my first post when I make the trip happen.

 

I will say that it is Not a night of good sex. At my age I am not capable. But, I am sure if you meant for him to find someone else, he can do that easily.

 

I already have given him 5 motorbikes. I don't think throwing another one at him would be helpful. Unless it was a Harley. Hummmmmm.

I actually gave him something more than money could buy. I thought about the experience and what it would take to make him enjoy it. It boiled down to the fact that he would be with a group of falangs. So, I did the thing that I may regret but the one thing that I think will make him have a wonderful time. I told him to invite a friend. He was excited to know that he would have a friend along and would be able to share with experience with another Thai. I even offered them to share a bike and that way they would not be "pressured" to do more than they could do comfortably. They both declined and said they wanted their own bike and to do the whole trip. BTW: they are both excited about the trip and as the days get closer, they ask more questions and seem more excited. Today, they are getting bike shorts and as you know, all Thai boys love shopping. Me, I love to watch them trying on the shorts. Nice bulges in their skin tight shorts are exciting for me. I had the BF trying on shorts a few places and enjoyed the show. His friend will go with us today and I am excited to see him in the shorts. Don't worry, it is a look and don't touch with the friend. I'll still enjoy the show with a hands off approach.

I know exactly what he would like, you have been told by him he does not like to cycle, so if you embarrass him into saying yes, just to please you, it will not be much fun for him even though no doubt he would love your company, but in stead of forcing him to cycle with you, pay for a Girl to make him happy, while your away on your cycle ride, as you say your to old for sex with him, then he will love you even more and you can have your fun with him and his friends doing all the things he really wants to do. I would never force any of my boys to satisfy my dreams I follow what they love then see the smiles on there face. who wants some one who pretends to enjoy you its much better to get the real respect you deserve for all the good work you have done for them.

 

Failing that if you really insist on him going with you, , get him a motor bike, to follow you then he will have fun preferably with a Thia friend, also as you know Thais hate to do anything on there own. farangs should be with Thais only a third of the time, then they will be happy for ever. Sorry it may not be what you want to hear, but I bet if you ask him, its the truth.

I've actually never been told he does not like to cycle. I've been told he is afraid he won't make it the entire way as it is a long distance. There is a big difference and he does genuinely seem excited about the trip. I left the trip totally up to him with no pressure, intimidation, etc. It was his decision and made without any influence or bribe on my part. i offered for his friend to go as a way to make sure that he has a fun time. Why? I know that it will be good for him to have a friend along.

 

Giving him sex with a girl will not make him happy. He already has at least one girl and a ladyboy so I doubt giving him that would thrill him too much. but, just for you my dear, I did offer this to him tonight. He declined. He said he wants to test his new shorts out on the trip. He already has a few motorbikes and a promise of a house when college is over. I think he is set on the gifts part of life and perhaps is just ready for an adventure with no strings attached.
