Guest voldemar Posted June 19, 2009 Posted June 19, 2009 Can you, please, tell me whether overnight visitors are allowed in Marriott hotel (near Royal garden plaza in Pattaya)? Thanks. Quote
Guest Posted June 19, 2009 Posted June 19, 2009 Yes, they are allowed. You should walk your guest over to the reception and they will keep the ID while your guest stays with you. It should not be a problem as long as your guests are over 18. In order not to create a scene, it is always best to comply with the rules instead of trying to avoid them. They have a night security guard that waits at the elevator. Your guest will retrieve his ID from him when they leave your room. The hotel is great and the employees are wonderful. If you treat them with respect, they will do the same to you. Quote
atri1666 Posted June 19, 2009 Posted June 19, 2009 Yes correct - never have had problems there during my 3 stays. Quote

Guest voldemar Posted June 20, 2009 Posted June 20, 2009 Thanks for all the responses. In terms of phoning or even asking: I several times asked in person in Avalon hotel (Jomtien beach) whether they allow overnight guests. I always got the answer no. But I know from other patrons that it is definitely not the case. And even some boys told me that they stayed overnight there with customers. Quote
Gaybutton Posted June 20, 2009 Posted June 20, 2009 Phone them.....and you'll know: Why should he phone them? Unless I missed something, two people on this thread have already said they have no problems having boys stay overnight with them. Quote
Guest Posted June 20, 2009 Posted June 20, 2009 It is not going to be a problem if you are bringing back someone of age and with ID. Before you off a boy, ask them if they have a legit ID and ask to see it. The hotel will check and as long as it is real, you will be fine. Quote
