According to a report by the Thai police, 43 individuals, including 14 Thais, 12 Vietnamese, and 17 Chinese, were pressed on charges of alleged prostitution offenses. Furthermore, Chinese investors were believed to be behind this shady business leading to the police raid at The Office, according to the police. Bangkok Police stated that they were shocked to find that the massage shop was secretly a front for prostitution, which is illegal in Thailand. Initially, the police escorted the suspects to Makkasan police station for further legal processing and pledged to hold involved individuals accountable for their crimes.
