Olddaddy Posted January 14 Posted January 14 What's the list of the best GAY Destinations in the World? I wonder if Rio would be number 1? Bangkok, maybe even Sydney second ? Quote
Travellerdave Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Yes it would be interesting if there was a list of places attracting gay visitors. Before I discovered Thailand in 2002 I was a regular to the Spanish island of Gran Canaria and the resort of Playa del Ingles . Days posing and flirting on the beach, sex in the sand dunes and the night life made for a great holiday. But no Asian boys (not in those days anyway) unfortunately. Quote

In terms of Spanish locations, I have some great memories (way in the past) or Ibiza, Sitges, and Torremolinos. Nothing tops Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, though, for my tastes. Quote

Mavica Posted January 15 Posted January 15 These "awards" by Trip Advisor were based solely on reviews posted to its website during 2023. A snapshot of a relatively small sampling of travelers worldwide spread across the year, and of those who read that website. unicorn and Marc in Calif 1 1 Quote

Siem Reap, Cambodia I have my doubt about Phuket being there as well as Hoi An but have well travelled friend who considers Hoi An quintessence of Asia so let it stay on the list Quote
