Gaybutton Posted April 11, 2009 Author Posted April 11, 2009 Please don't forget to order a coke for 120 baht (a 1000% markup from the price at Foodland). Your tastes, then, are a little different from mine. You would go to a brunch like this and order a coke? Quote
Guest richsilver Posted April 12, 2009 Posted April 12, 2009 Your tastes, then, are a little different from mine. You would go to a brunch like this and order a coke? That was really not my point. I was expressing my displeasure at the outrageous price they charge for soft drinks (I believe they are the highest in town -- far higher than Manhattans, Bruno's, Mata Hari, etc.). I do not drink alcohol and this policy has kept me from dining at Casa Pascal and at Poseidon. Quote
Gaybutton Posted April 12, 2009 Author Posted April 12, 2009 I do not drink alcohol and this policy has kept me from dining at Casa Pascal and at Poseidon. I ended up not going after all. I couldn't afford the coke . . . Quote
