KRAZY DRAGON YOUR INPUT

The old cash cow is looking a bit shabby at the moment so after our low high season decided to giver her a little face lift and yes I am referring to the KRAZY DRAGON and not John.

The plan so far is to re wire and completely re fit the neon tubing with a stronger neon tube which will hopefully allow the sign to work for more than two weeks at a time.

A comply new front boarding to cover the old windows and air cons, lick of paint and replacing of tiles out side, new toilet and toilet floors. :pale:

More comfortable seating out side for smoking.

The show you will have to wait and see but it will be more of a spread out show rather than a set time.

Please don’t start harping on about all you need is the boys and you have the perfect bar where do you think the money comes from to pay for things like this?

Now the question the boy’s shorts we are looking for your in put on this come on take the time to give us some feed back on what are you favorite styles.

Any other suggestions as to what you would like to see or have changed now is the time to let me know, as always negative or positive it will be taken in to consideration.

I visited Krazy Dragon just a week or so after it originally opened and found it like a breath of fresh air. It all seemed very friendly, there was quite a wide variety of boys who were happy to show their assets in the glass tables, and drinks were very reasonable. The wide shorts and the tantalising glimpses were all part of the bar's charm, I felt.

Since then, I have been back a few times. Judging from those visits, more of the boys have become what I'd term macho types with very few 'twink' types - which I prefer. The rotation system also seems to have completely broken down with some boys just not interested in moving around. But I do think the wide shorts are essential to the bar's reputation.

Just my opinion.

I remember the old Krazy when it was sex shows and sleaze. I enjoyed it. :) When you guys did the makeover I was very impressed and have been there on every trip at least once a week when I am in town. It is a very comfortable place to sit and have a drink and chat. The music is never too loud to have a conversation with the boys.

My only suggestion is more comfortable place to sit. When I am there I sit more in yoga style. That works for me most of the time anyway.

I am one of the guys that don't enjoy a sex show so I hope that is not brought into the club. I like the JO shows and any show that is under 15 min. I go to a bar to see the gogo boys and if I have to wait 30 min or more to see them, I walk out.

You have done a great job with the place and I know it will continue to be a success as your team seems open to suggestions and comments. Keep up the good work.

Most of these changes are not at all important to me. In general I'd rather not see physical improvements and use the money saved to keep from raising drink prices.

But my input doesn't matter because if you have macho types instead of twink types I'm not going there anyway. This is especially important for a table dance bar as oppoed to a stage bar.

Good luck Mark and I'm sure your bar is a great place for those who like macho types!

I love the Krazy Dragon and stop in every trip to Pattaya. On my last visit in October 2008 the mamasan greeted me as I entered and said something along the lines of "We have every type of boy for you". So I quickley responded with "You have boy with big cock?" and mamasan said "Yes" and brought a boy over with indeed a nice big cock. I offed him and had a fantastic time, will remember that off forever!

My only request in your making changes is to expand your non-alcholic drink menu. I don't drink alcoholic beverages, but do enjoy visiting bars, but after a few cokes, fanta's I switch to juice. I don't remember your drink menu exactly, but if you could add other choices I for one would appreciate it. And by the way, I prefer the "macho types", with a big cock is an added bonus, along with tattoo's!

The Krazy Dragon is my favorite bar in Sunee and perhaps all of Pattaya. I make multiple visits to the KD on each visit to Pattaya. I love the place and the staff.

I would agree with more comfortable seating and upgrading the toilet. I too would also like less spent on improvements if it means increasing drink prices.

I would not say there are only macho boys there as I know ( and off'd ) several of the boys and I don't like the macho type. I would say there is a lack of ladyboys but I'm not looking for them so maybe I just didn't notice them.

Thank you all for the replies sorry its taken my so long to find this sight, the seating we will be working on this month to try and make it a bit more comfortable, all drinks will remain at 99bht for the next several months including boys drinks, and I look forward to your comments both negative or positive with out feed back from customers its hard to change what is not right. The new show will not be a cabaret show or at a set time it will be an ongoing theme through out the night on the tables rather than concentrating on the stage.

All the best Mark.

Hello Mark,

I was in KD last year in July and in this summer I will visit your bar surely. I spent there 2 nice evenings, boys were very funny - we talked about sport, football, thai box etc. etc. and it were nice evenings for me (I offed boy too and it was very pleasant night  )

I had no problem with "old look" of bar, the atmosphere was very well there.

My proposal of improvement is concerned to your website. I come to Thailand 1-2 times in year, but when I am not in Thailand, I like to visit websites of gay venues in Pattaya. I like to read some news from bars, looking on photos etc. etc. I would be happy, if you inform on your website about changes in bar, program etc. You have info about Mr. Krazy Handsome Man Trophy, which passed in September 2008...and no results, no photos from this event is on your site - just invitaton on this event, which is out of date about half year...

You have very nice website grafically, only the information should be actualised more often.

Dont take it bad, Mark, it is just small idea to improvement...in other way, I consider your bar one of the best in Pattaya

I agree with that. Frequent changes of the photos and keeping the staff photos current would be a good idea. I think people will visit the web site much more often if there are new photos and announcements on a frequent basis. As it stands now, it's still the same photos and same announcements that have already been there for months. In other words, it's getting to be old news.

That is a HOT website. Whenever I get lonely for Thailand, it is one of places I go to visit. Everything looks so realistic and inviting. Please do update it.

I have been to Crazy Dragon 3 times. Each time was an off night. Bad luck. If I had offed someone from there just once, I'm sure I would have a better opinion.

But I do like the website. It is GREAT. Looking forward to the update and your continued success with Crazy Dragon.

Mark,

I have one idea for your website yet. You can try ask someone, who can transfer your website in some open source content management system, for example Joomla, Drupal etc. What does it mean?

You have nice website, but you cannot manange content. If you ask someone who is experienced (I found for example this link: http://freelancewebmarket.com/members/Thailand/Freelancer/ ), he makes some graphical template (or he uses some existing template and just rebuilts it - here you have many many tempates http://www.joomla24.com/index.php?set_albu...view_album.php).

Shortly, your website will look like very similar like now, or you can completely rebuilt your web graphically (but I think, it is not necessary. Graphically is your website very nice).

After that programmer will upload Joomla with graphical template to your actual website www.krazy-dragon.com, configure menu and copy texts from which you have on your website now.

Then he shows you how you can write texts, upload photos etc. - it is really easy, you must have no knowledges about programming - you just simply write texts and upload photos. Joomla have many possibilities of extensions ( http://extensions.joomla.org/ ) and most of them are FREE of charge )like Joomla), so there is no problem to extend functionality of your website later).

So you will have website which you can update when you want. It is cheap (joomla is free, many extensions too), because programmer will be not programming your web (he just makes graphical template, configure menus, re-copy texts).

I recommend you to ask more programmer about price, because you will see, they will have very big range of their bids.

If you want to know something yet, feel free and ask.

Whats the cost of a set up at the kd , by this i mean a bottle of 100 pipers and mixers. If u just fancy a chat with the boys , this might end up cheaper than buying beers at 99bht
