My Filipino bf just showed me a app or whatever they call them called Bigo

It has live guys on it from around the World and there is very very hot young Filipino & Thai guys on there !

I got a hard on watching it , they can see you if you want and you can talk to them all free

All free ,you can video talk to them if you want

So try it out if you can

Anyone know of others similar ?

Chaturbate is very popular.  It reminds me of the money boys that come to Thailand to earn a pot of gold. Unfortunately it doesn’t work out for most of them.

Chaterbate keeps half the money that customers send the “models”, so you see a large turnover. Many don’t make as much as they thought they would and leave, to be replaced by newer ones. So that company has a great profit model.

I foolishly was paying $20 a month as a member at one time, and did send tokens to some Asian and Colombian guys. Now I just browse.

As with porno sites, I’m a bit weary of the malware I might be catching from that site.

When I open some apps, that site comes on. I’m relying on Apples security to protect my device. I had an intruder go thru my photos that I shared with Facebook and they commented on them on my instant messenger I frequently use in conjunction with Facebook. I changed my password and haven’t noticed anything since.

Please use multi-factor authentication where possible; ideally with an authenticator app rather than SMS. Microsoft and Google provide free authenticator apps that can work with many different sites/apps.

Use different & strong passwords for each app or site - Apples keychain is good for storing the passwords. Simple guide for good, strong passwords: https://xkcd.com/936/

Thanks Omega, I use google authentication for my very important app. And I thought I had strong passwords, like the Trob4dor&3 one above. But maybe not, is the four word one below it really better?

My sites usually require one Capital letter, #, etc. Also, I don’t understand how brute force of a password can work. After three unsuccessful attempts, my site temporarily blocks me, let alone attempting a million combinations!

very amusing site you provided btw.

XKCD is full of amazing comics :)

The key things are legnth: It's far better that your passwords are as long as possible, because it just takes more time for a computer to guess.

Some websites have good security, and they will lock your account after x attempts. And that's awesome if you're using a unique password for each site or app.

If you don't and you re-use the same password on a less secure site, then it might get exposed; either via brute force attempt, or by the site itself getting hacked and passwords being stolen. Then they try it on the secure app/site...

The MFA is really useful because it adds an additional factor of authentication that requires physical access to a specific device. SMS isn't great for this because it is possible for hackers to spoof your number (if they know it) and have MFA codes sent to themselves.
