I encourage EVERYBODY who travels internationally to get a firestick. You but it off Amazon and you need someone to come set it to where you can get all local channels back in the states.

I'm not tech savvy so you know its super simple to hook up to any TV overseas. The connection takes about 1 or 2 mins when you're abroad.

You get all local channels from back home, plus CNN, msnbc, sports and premium channels. It is amazing. You get lifetime, USA, all cable channels you get in the US.

IIt works in Brazil Columbia and and DR. We also have it here in the states, but it's a local one. It's saves us hundreds of dollars a month when compared to cable. 

A colleague told me about the firestick years ago. We switched and have been very happy with the gadget. The one from the house is programmed differently from the one we use for international.

The one from the house can't be used overseas so we had to buy one for overseas travel as they are programmed differently.

It's an smart investment for overseas travel. Especially when you have downtime during your trip. 

Order it off Amazon and search for firestick. You will need someone local to program both your home and international stick. I used the guy my colleague recommended.
