I think it’s a reference to both old #41 at Freshboys who garnered a few comments on this forum during the last month but who recently retired, and also to the new replacement #41 at the same place. bkkmfj2648 and vinapu 1 1 Quote
jason1975 Posted December 16 Posted December 16 New number 41 at Freshboys is 22 years old from Vietnam. Doesn't speak much English. It was his birthday 2 weeks ago and he invited my regular guy to his birthday celebration. "He's so young!" my regular guy, who is 28, said to me. "It's only 6 years difference," I said. I believe my regular guy is feeling insecure now that he is nearing 30. Number 41's previous number was 39. I saw him on a Thursday night and had supper (and even played chess) with him and my regular guy after bar closed. On Friday and Saturday nights, he had offs! bkkmfj2648 and vinapu 2 Quote

Supper seems to be the more upper class way of describing a light evening meal. The more down to earth description is 'I'm having my tea'! floridarob and vinapu 1 1 Quote
jason1975 Posted Wednesday at 01:33 AM Posted Wednesday at 01:33 AM The only meals I know are breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner and supper. Any meal for me after midnight is considered supper. But I believe for the guys who work at night and only go to sleep at dawn, a meal at midnight might be considered lunch or dinner. vinapu 1 Quote

Travelingguy Posted Wednesday at 06:37 PM Posted Wednesday at 06:37 PM When I was younger, we would sometimes go to a diner in the middle of the night. Invariably we would eat breakfast after midnight. Haven’t done that since I was in my twenties. Quote

All I can say their chicken with cashew nuts beats all I tried in Thailand so far so while there's 1276 reasons for me to book ticket , that dish as a case was removed from the list . Still in Bangkok I have two leads , one from our member reader is Saphan Kwai area and another from Christian PFC in Lad Prao 101 I never tried before so yes , I may change my mind I future - that pursue could be counted as reason # 1277 reader, pong2 and floridarob 3 Quote
